EXECUTIVE / ENTRY-LEVEL

ONLINE SALES SD

Responsibilities

  • Follow Profiling business process to add business intelligence to the customer (resellers) accounts/contacts.
  • Follow Account Coverage and Management process to establish regular and proactive outbound contact to the customer (resellers) for either one or variety of reasons below.
  • Introduce clients membership program, its value and benefit that will allow reseller to able to articulate more on the value of clients based products.
  • Able to offer clients base solution or program offerings, and eventually result to increase in revenue through either sell up of current platform via increase in ASP (average selling price) or increase in volumes sold by reseller.
  • Enable reseller to sell more clients based products over the resellers existing portfolio of products they are currently selling.
  • Ultimately build and establish the relationship with the reseller and able to have better influencing power over reseller to adapt to clients initiatives.
  • Contact customers mainly via telephone via outbound telesales. Chat may be used in the future. Email may also be utilized to communicate to the customers who are not available on phone.
  • Agents are required to use clients applications/tools (e.g. SAP CRM, Aprimo) and accounts/access will be provided by clients to record information from customer engagement. Sales centre will also be trained to use Aprimo lead management tool.

Requirements

  • Lead agents will need to be fluent in both oral and written in at least 1 or 2 languages aside from English (compulsory) as follows.
  • -Mandarin
  • -Hindi
  • -Bahasa Indonesian
  • -Vietnamese
  • -Korea
  • -Thai
  • -Japanese
  • Customer Handling Skills-has proper customer handling skills in both oral and written communication based on their bilingual capability. They will need to have experience in managing customer leads and able to effectively influence customers in adapting to Intel program offerings and product roadmap directions.
  • Technical Skills- have proper technical background and experience to align with Intel product training requirements. Aside from industry IT experience, it is preferred agent will have similar experience in more in-depth hardware or software applications be it PC or other electronic applications.
  • -No Sales quota to meet
  • -Covering APAC region of customer
  • -List of Lead will be provided by clients
  • -Need not have find new Lead
  • -Customer target computer reseller to encourage to sell more Intel product such as clients processor (performing up sales)
  • -Recruits me reseller to join clients reseller membership program
  • -Target to meet total number of call make per day or per week to Lead
  • -Working hours Mon-Fri 8am-5.30pm

 

 

IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities

  • Inbound call center
  • Support office and/or e-Business applications
  • Perform troubleshooting and provide solutions
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Route calls to appropriate resource

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree
  • Fresh graduates and experienced agents encouraged to apply
  • Basic IT knowledge
  • Required to work on Public Holidays
  • Chinese and Japanese written and/or spoken will be an added advantage

 

 

IT TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities

  • Perform site survey based on customer request
  • Project coordinates
  • Projector installation, CCTV system installation, Door Access system installation
  • Basic PC, notebook & equipment troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Experience & knowledge in projector installation and termination
  • Experience & knowledge in CCTV system setup, installation and termination
  • Working Independence
  • Car driver license at least 2 year, will be great if have GDL as well

 

 

IT SALES EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

  • To achieve individual and group sales quotas as set by the company
  • To explore and develop new business opportunities
  • To manage and handle existing and new customers
  • To prepare proposal and conduct presentation
  • Handle pricing request and price quotations
  • Manage sales prospects and initiatives towards achievement of sales target
  • Performing and conducting presentation/demonstration to potential customer on company’s products and services
  • Follow up closely with the potential customer to ensure prompt delivery of set sales target (Training will be provided)
  • Follow up closely with the payment to ensure that payment on time
  • Responsible for home, small, medium or large corporate accounts

Requirements

  • 1 year and above experience in Sales
  • IT Sales & technical knowledge will be an added advantage

 

IT PROJECT COORDINATOR

Responsibilities

  • Looking for new Working closely as team to meet the annual sales budget and growth objectives
  • Develop new market / customer base and servicing existing customers
  • To support sales & project department for project sales
  • Able to build rapport with customers
  • Preparing sales quotation and follow-up with customer to secure the order
  • Prepare Quotation, correspondence, issuing Invoices / Delivery Order & work order etc
  • Plan and arrange for delivery schedule

Requirements

  • Minimum Certificate, Diploma or Degree in IT field or equivalent
  • Possess strong self-motivation and result orientated
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and PC literate
  • Must possess own transport
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management skills, including the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines

PROGRAMMER

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining software using Microsoft (.net) / SQL SERVER
  • Make approved changes by amending flow charts
  • Test and develop programming modifications
  • Write new program code using prescribed specifications
  • Analyse performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor
  • Confer with users to gain understanding of needed changes of existing programs
  • Write and maintain programming documentation
  • Other roles and responsibilities as required

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
  • Good knowledge in maintaining/developing software apps on Microsoft / Java platform
  • Those with ERP experience (Financial, Distribution) can apply
  • Fresh graduate with good credentials will be considered

 

TECHNICAL MARKETING ENGINEER

Responsibilities

  • Customer collaterals preparation: User’s Guide (for various OS and customer enabling needs), Release notes, etc
  • Graphics issue duplication
  • Value added projects (involvement).

APPLICATION DEVELOPER

Responsibilities

  • include Design, Code Development and Integration
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Understands the enterprise technical landscape
  • Write new program code using prescribed specifications
  • Ability to understand and communicate requirement and design clearly
  • Good team player and able to work independently

Requirements

  • Microsoft C#, .NET Framework and Visual Studio for Web Programming
  • TSQL, SSIS-Experience in writing Stored Procedure, function, SSID, SQL job and batch job schedule
  • Knowledgeable in multitier architecture web application
  • Experience in ASP legacy web application development as some of the application need to be upgraded to .NET
